Living with T1D
The everyday tools for living well with T1D.
Explore insulins, CGMs, smart pens, pumps and automated insulin delivery. Where ratings are available, we score them 0–100 against published, category-specific criteria. Unscored records remain visible. The default ranking combines editorial assessments of outcomes and everyday use; weight the criteria yourself and every list re-ranks live to what you value. Expand any row for the full scorecard and sources.
The insulins themselves — scored against their role peers on onset, peak, tail and consistency.
Mealtime and basal insulins serve different needs and are not interchangeable. All roles are grouped below, with scores ordered within each group. Select a role for a focused comparison. Design concepts are kept in a separate, unranked view.
Insulins are scored relative to their role peers (see tags: rapid, ultra-rapid, basal, inhaled). A basal insulin's onset score compares it to other basals, not to mealtime insulins.
Default weights · Small score differences do not establish clinical superiority. How these rankings work → Includes available products and future programmes.
